Liquid Driven - Pumping & Entraining Liquid

Liquid Jet Eductor Liquid Jet Eductors

Eductors can be used to Pump, Lift, Mix, Agitate and Move Granular Solids and Slurries. Units can be from our standard range or custom designed to suit your individual requirements. Sizes for the standard units range from 0.75" (20mm) to 6" (150mm) and can be manufactured in almost any workable material.

  • Available in three styles, Liquid Jet Eductor, Tank Mixing Eductor and Hopper Eductor.
  • Uses a motive liquid to entrain and completely mix a suction liquid.
  • No moving parts, therefore little or no maintenance is required.
  • Self-priming, so it can be used continuously or intermittently.
  • Can be designed to suit your individual requirements.

Tank Mixing Eductor Tank Mixing Eductors

Tank Mixing Eductors can be used to agitate liquids, dissolve powdered solids into a liquid, keep solids suspended in a solution, or to mix two or more liquids intimately within a tank or other vessel without the use of baffles or moving parts. Mixing Eductors can be used to in the place of mechanical agitators and have the added benefit of having no moving parts to wear, break or become dislodged within the tank. Sizes for the standard units range from 0.75" (20mm) to 6" (150mm) and can be manufactured in almost any workable material.

  • They can be made of practically any workable material making them highly resistant to environment in which located.
  • Uses a motive liquid to entrain and completely mix a suction liquid.
  • No moving parts, therefore little or no maintenance is required.
  • Self-priming, so it can be used continuously or intermittently.
  • Can be designed to suit your individual requirements.

Liquid Driven - Pumping & Entraining Gas

Liquid Jet Exhauster Liquid Jet Exhausters

Exhausters use a pressurised liquid to create a vacuum for pump priming, evacuating vessels and for maintaining vacuum during material processes. In most cases the unit is discharged to atmosphere, although elevated discharge pressures are possible. Unit sizes range from 0.75" (20mm) to 14" (350mm), and can be manufactured from almost any workable material.

  • Available with single or multiple nozzles depending upon capacity.
  • Multi-nozzle types can be used where high capacities are required or where there is a limited supply of the motive liquid.
  • Pull vacuums to 13mm (0.5") Hg of the vapor pressure of the motive liquid.

Steam Jet Heater Steam Jet Heaters

Heaters are used to heat a pressurised liquid by directly injecting steam into the liquid flow. They can be supplied to fit into a pipeline, or a tank, depending upon the application. Tank Heater sizes range from 0.375" (10mm) to 6" (150mm), while Continuous Heater sizes range from 0.5" (13mm) to 6" (150mm). Pipeline Heaters can generally be manufactured to meet any size you may require.

  • Available in two styles, Pipeline and Continuous which are both in line heaters, and Tank Heaters.
  • Require little or no maintenance.
  • Pipeline heaters can be designed to suit your individual requirements, either with or without a pressure drop.
  • Continuous Heaters can (under certain conditions) discharge at a higher pressure than both the Steam and Liquid pressures.

Venturi Gas Scrubber Venturi Gas Scrubbers

Gas Scrubbers are used to remove gases, particles, odors, and fumes from contaminated gas. A pressurised scrubbing liquid is used to create a vacuum to pull in the gases. Units can be sized to suit your individual requirements, and can be manufactured from almost any workable material.

  • Removes particles by impaction with a high velocity spray.
  • Eliminates gases through absorption or chemical reaction between the scrubbing liquid and gases.
  • Can be supplied with or without a separator or storage tank.
  • No fans are required to move the gases or particles.
  • No moving parts, therefore little or no maintenance is required.
  • Contaminated gas & liquid can be recovered.

Steam or Gas Driven - Pumping & Entraining Liquid

Steam Jet Syphon Steam & Gas Jet Syphons

Syphons can be used to Pump, Lift, Mix, Heat, Agitate and Move Granular Solids and Slurries. Sizes for the standard units range from 0.75" (20mm) to 6" (150mm) and can be manufactured in almost any workable material.

  • Uses a motive steam or gas to entrain and completely mix a suction liquid.
  • No moving parts, therefore little or no maintenance is required.
  • Self-priming, so it can be used continuously or intermittently.
  • Can heat the suction liquid if steam is used as the motive.

Steam or Gas Driven - Pumping Steam & Gas

Fixed Nozzle Compressor Thermocompressors & Jet Compressors

Jet Commpressors & Thermocompressors can be used to boost low pressure steam or gas, accurately mix two gasses or produce a mixed gas with a specific BTU or KJ/Kg values. These units are available in two styles, a Variable Area Nozzle Thermocompressor which is equipped with an Actuator and regulating spindle, and a Fixed Nozzle Compressor.

  • Fixed Nozzle Compressors have no moving parts.
  • Variable Area Nozzle Compressors can operate over a wide range of pressures and have a minimum of moving parts.
  • Good mixing of dissimilar gasses can be achieved due to high velocities.
  • Can replace gas-mixing valves and also boost pressure, which replaces a conventional compressor.
  • Can reduce boiler steam demand or enhance the capacity of an existing boiler.
  • Can be manufactured in practically any workable material.

Vacuum Ejector Vacuum Ejectors

Vacuum Ejectors use steam or gas to create vacuum, entrain air or gas, and discharging the mixture to atmospheric pressure or some other intermediate pressure. Systems can range from a single stage ejector ranging up to as many as five stages depending upon the required level of vacuum. Also depending upon the composition of the entrained gasses, systems can equipped with either direct contact or shell and tube condensers.

  • Ejectors have no moving parts, therefore little or no maintenance is required.
  • High vacuum performance, and can handle vacuum as low as three microns Hg Abs.
  • Can be manufactured in any workable material.
